Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all designer tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address at a convenient time.
Refund Processing
After our quality team inspects the returned item, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
